  I brought $32.00 worth of wash and fold. Received it wrapped in plastic. Unwrapped it three weeks later...low and behold...a hoodie zip up was damaged with some type of charcoal burnt look..It was faced down so I didn't notice it when I picked it up...Tjank god I still had my receipt...well they didn't take ownership, didn't say sorry, didn't offer to at least rectify it...well I said I will NEVER be back them...BAD BUSINESS AFFAIRS.

  Please put aside the negative reviews here. I dropped off my suit and shirts on short notice and asked for same day service and they agreed it would be done by closing time (6pm). I was running late so they offered to either drop them off at my hotel or wait at the cleaners until I arrived. I arrived at 6:40 and they were waiting patiently and provided the most courteous service I could ask for. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a cleaner by the strip. Disregard the dingy plaza that it's in. The service was super :).

  Brought in a Utilikilt to them for cleaning pressing as we were staying close by. When I got it back it was faded and horribly shrunk! I can't even wear it! Stay away from this place if this is the service they provide!

  I left my pants for tailoring and the lady completely destroyed them. One leg is shorter, one is longer, a green thread was used for my blue pants! The sew is terrible, and uneven cut is visible. I should have done it myself, but I wanted it to be done professionally, it is not!! I am very disappointed. She destroyed my new clothing!!!

  Kind of a trashy little plaza. They have a great wash 'n fold.
