  The worst branch out there. Every time I go into this branch there is an issue. I am told conflicting information on a regular basis, and sometimes in the same visit. Sattie the teller is incredibly, horribly, rude. Don't look to her for help of any kind. Do not expect her help or her kindness. You wont get it. She doesn't seem to even make an attempt at customer service, or simply being nice. If you can go to another teller, do so. In fact, just go to a different branch. Save yourself the headache.

  I've come here twice and both times the teller is rude. No smiles, throws my card back to me under the slot, takes longer than expected and when I ask is everything ok? No response. They are grumpy and take it out on the clients when we've done nothing wrong

  this branch is a small one so it can get overwhelmed with customers but every employee and i mean them all personally work to resolve your issues for you as well as they can. i do all the banking i can do here
