  HSBC has terrible customer service. I found the banker Espiranza to be particularly incompetent, but have had difficulty with others.

  Not impressed with Teller service let alone for a Premier account. She acted as though I was disturbing her by my deposit and subsequent withdrawal. No salutation, didn't ask if I wanted my check deposited into checking or savings (she defaulted to checking), didn't ask how I would like my bills and finally I had to ask, "do I get a withdrawal receipt?". Her indifference was palpable.

  The tellers know me very well. They are very great . alway greet with smiles and hellos always offer other services if I may need. It is a wonderful location . just wish they would stay open till 6pm or 7pm due to persons whom work and can not make it before 5p.m which is not to cool. Because I stay without my deposit or cash due me not liking using my debit card because my children swear I am a bank so I refuse to have cards in my home till my kids move out haha they are only 11 and 1r haha

  Had a poor experience with the bank teller the one time I needed to use the teller instead of the ATM. Night and day level of service compared to the branch I typically use.
