  HSBC has to be one of the worst banks I have ever dealt with online line, over the phone, or at the local branch. What is with the people who work there? Understand they are an international bank, covered by different rules and regulations, but give customers a break with your attitudes! Not every one is committing fraud, or trying to rib the bank. Doing business with HSBC is about as much fun as getting a tooth pulled at the dentist. Made several complaints and it seems management is aware of the issue. That really isn't a good sign. Suggest if your looking for a new bank you skip this one!

  I’m not a fan of HSBC to begin with but to see a styrofoam cup in front of a environmental statement? Hypocrites have just revealed their true ‘nature’.
