  Every time I went there all the staff was very helpful and professional. I got the help I needed plus additional information I didn't know I could apply for. Kuddo's to the deligent hardworking staff that works there. For all that,they put up with. Meaning. The disruptive rude obnoxious clients who take out their hostility on the staff. You guys are great keep doing what you do.

  I have low blood pressure and was told I can’t eat in the building. Had I fainted from hunger, would any of the staff have called an ambulance or known how to get me the care I need? Y’all really doing too much.

  Long wait times with very rude staff and the security makes you feel uncomfortable by the way they look at you . The workers are very rude and nasty and spiteful no seats very long waiting time un sanitary very un organized ... no set rules they won’t even allow you to charge your phone when you have been sitting there for hours at a time ! Something needs to be done about this place and fast they shut it down for a reason now it’s open again somebody needs to come in there and regulate the entire building staff included ! We come there to feel safe and to seek for help but how can we when the security is sexually harassing you looking at your bottom watching you walk away tryin to get your number or whatever it is it’s just not right ! And when we feel like the staff just don’t care if you get the help you need or you don’t ! This center is the worst center besides Monterey Ceter in the Bronx Something should be done I give this place 1 star and that 1 star is for the kiosks downstairs that’s the only thing that works and helps in the building !

  我对这里的工作评价很差，工作人员态度傲慢，设施陈旧，叫号不清晰，轮候时间很漫长，对待坐轮椅长者或携带襁褓中小孩的妇孺没有特殊优惠，来这里办事就是一种痛苦的煎熬。很差！ 很差！ 很差的评价！

  First time here, at the 4th floor, no seats, too much yelling from inpatient people, babies crying & very hot. Been here since 8:30am & now it's 1pm, still haven't been called, I'm number ending in 39 & they still calling number 7 & 8 to appear. I like that they have child care from ages 3 & up on the 5th floor. That's a star.
