  H&R Block follows a template pattern to do your taxes. They just enter your issues and needs document your paperwork in to the system and charge you nearly $200 for it. The only saving grace is that if they screw up your taxes they will be blamed however they always can claim you gave them the wrong info or didn't declare something you should have and thus they're not responsible. What this boils down to is you're paying a lot of money for no protection whatsoever. If you don't feel safe doing your taxes online on your own with a much less expensive and just as efficient system, then I suppose H&R Block is for you.
