  What a huge waste of my time, filed my taxes online but got rejected because someone used my SSN already to file taxes. I call office to see if they can help me send out my taxes with the identity theft form and my passport. They said sure, I asked if I needed an appointment and they said no since I already filled it out online. I go up there.. they print out my form, I wait 2 hours sitting there like a dumb@$$ while they all ignore me and then I am told that they can't help me. Now I have to go around trying to figure all this crap out when I just wanted help filling out the taxes for a service I already paid for... I am so upset, I use HRBlock every year but this just may be my last. REGARDLESS DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION
