  I want to take the time to write this review because of the outstanding service I received from the H&R Block staff at this location. My husband and I were greeted with a warm welcome and assisted with all of our needs immediately. We made an appointment on the website the night before and we chose Guadalupe Myers because of the excellent reviews we read online about her and let me share that all of them were right! We recently got married and this was our first time of doing our taxes together. Guadalupe answered all our questions and concerns including the ones regarding the status migratory of my husband and since he needed an ITIN she recommended us to do our taxes with her co-worker Deyanire Sanchez, Senior Tax Advisor and Authorized Acceptance Agent by the IRS in order to make the process more efficiently and directly. She walked us to her office and treated us very professional and friendly. She explained us the process and she even gave us a discount to pay less for our taxes and the ITIN for FREE (other places charge you up $200)! Not only that, she went the extra mile and double check my taxes from last year without any extra charge and she told me that I could file again and receive $1,552 that I missed. She was so wonderful and talked to us in Spanish since it is our first language and in order to do taxes the best way possible you need to be able to understand all the terms and the small letters. I always have done my taxes for free online and I was afraid of being over charge by using any other service but I can say that I highly recommended this H&R Block. The staff is very helpful, proactive, and they look for the best deal for you and your loved ones!

  Yea this spot doesn't exist its on hawkins in the plaza right next to popeyes its h&r block premium
