  The people were friendly but inconsiderate. My husband and I had an appointment at 6:15 pm. My husband was released early from class, so I called in to see if they could take us in earlier and they agreed. We came up after that phone call around 4:30 PM and waited until 6:40 pm (Again- our appointment was At 6:15 pm). At 6:40 PM, they called someone else back ahead of us. I approached the desk and asked when we were on the list and she just said we were next. This is the same lady who tols me we could come up early and they would help us. Needless to say, they wasted our time. We've gone to H&R Block for years and never had a problem getting in and out of our appointment on time until today; I'm displeased with this location.
