  Horrible experience. DO NOT RECOMMEND. They charged me up to my refund in fees and I still received letters from the IRS. They were extremely rude the 2nd time when I took the letters to them. The receptionist George said "it's your problem"!!! Will never go here again!!

  If I could give less than 1 Star I would. We had a 12pm appointment that was confirmed and walked in to this dodgy looking office right on time. There was no one sitting at the front desk and just someone who yelled from a cubicle and saying ‘Can I help you?’. My response with my name and that we had an appointment. The voice from the cubicle ‘I’m busy now, I need you to come back.’ No thank you. We of course left (without ever even seeing anyone) and took our business somewhere else. Will not ever return and would advise you not to either.

  I spent two days and 3 phone calls (that went through to a person instead of a machine) just trying to make an appointment. I STILL received 2 text notifications that were for the WRONG TIME. Concerned, I called the next day and the person was extremely rude and when I asked to be moved to my originally set time. I also asked for a list of what to bring and he said "NO." What kind of tax place doesn't even have a list of what you should bring? We were just trying to be prepared and thorough. I cancelled our appointment since they were so terrible even before we started our taxes, it did not seem like a good sign. We rescheduled and will be giving our money to Jackson Hewitt Tax Services. They were efficient, friendly, and professional.

  I dont know about the other experts, but I worked with Charles Hack and found him to be very unwelcoming and made me feel like my questions were stupid. The next year, I went to a different HR block and turns out, he made a mistake on my tax return so he caused me a lot of problems. I do not recommend this location nor this particular preparer.

  Came here on a last minute kind of thing like around 2pm, just to see if I was eligible to file this year or qualified for a tax refund. The man at the front desk was very professional and courteous. Turns out I was eligible for a refund since I was in trade school during 2015. It was very last minute but the tax preparer Vanessa was able to squeeze me in and see what she was able to do. I wasn't even really expecting much but I was able to get a federal refund this year! I had even got a little bit of money off the preparing fee because it was my first time there. Refund money to put into savings. I will definitely be back here to file my taxes next year. Yay!
