  VERY BAD EXPERIENCE! I have been insulted by the receptionist Beverly Mills. she was very arrogant and rude also unfriendly to me. I went to use the restroom as I waited, I left and almost immediately she called my daughters phone (and she gave herself the liberty to go threw my personal file to attain my phone number and called) and insulted me saying that I left the bathroom disorderly and disgusting and to return and clean it.. my daughter was shocked as I was. I was in the restroom for 3 mins tops the toilet was very old and barely flushed but I flushed it and everything was fine I washed my hands and air dried and left. next thing I know this women BEVERLY MILLS calls our phone. I can't find the words to express how insulted I am.. she violated my personal info and insulted me with no proof or regard. I called and spoke to the manager but I am not at ease, I feel their friends and she was just telling me what I wanted to hear. I will follow up with.a complaint to corporate. This women is highly unprofessional and gives H&R block a very bad image. something has to be done about the lack of professionalism here. I will never return to this place again!!!

  Front desk Beverly was extremely rude I had to drop off a document for my agent in h&r block , she was on her phone talking the whole time she proceeded to roll her eyes.
