  Worse location ever, the front receptionist Jewel was not attentive made my visit horrible will not be returning. She was always on her phone will NEVER COME BACK I DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL

  From italian Irish customer:) I love this place,second year I come back because of the beautiful people that helps you and are so kind.they care about you and you feel it.today Mr Tony Bui was amazing , He is very professional and kind and he makes you feel comfortable and that you count in the meantime ,there were sweet ladies that worked there that entertained my 5 years old.I love this place thank you!!!

  Easy to find location in plaza. My rep Tony is always well informed and able to answer all my questions. He is attentive and pleasant to work with. I've never had any issues since I started coming to H&R. This was my first time at this location, it was clean, the receptionist was polite, offered me a beverage and made sure I was alright.

  I had my taxes done by someone else that took advantage of me and my situation, I took it to this HR block because of all the commercials and this an absolutely awful experience. The two representatives laughed at how I was taken advantage of and then continued to flaunt it around the office like I was a performing monkey for their amusement. I will never refer anybody to this branch and I will be sure to spread the bad word of their deplorable customer service skills.
