  They lied to me and filled out my taxes wrong and I have to pay when I supposed to get money back and h&r charge me $465 for this bs. If could give -5 star I will

  This place needs to be looked into. Trash service. I reported them to the BBB and have been trying to get ahold of the corporate number. Dont waist you time here.

  I had a good experience with them and very tentative with my questions. Wait time was a little lengthy due to time of afternoon (busy hours, my fault). I will be using them again.

  Worst experience ever, it seemed I knew more about their software and tax preparation than the employees, if I hadn't needed my money quick I would have used turbo tax, and then I didn't even get the tax advance as they told me I would, they are uninformed and liars!!!
