  I was called disgusting” by the Secretary and Refused to give me her Managers information! The secretary told me I could call Customer Service on her, she didn’t care!!! I have not ever been treated like this in all my life.... I had no problems with the tax preparers however.

  Karen did my taxes and messed them up so bad, she kept bitching because she was so hungry so appeartnly that was the reason for her half ass job. After speaking to management they said they would charge me 1/2 price but never did. Don't trust these people use turbo tax it's free and you get the money in the same time. Karen needs to be fired and shouldn't be allowed to touch anyone's taxes but of course not they probably hire a obese heifer on purpose
