  The most unprofessional place I ever experience. It was my first time going to H&B because we were trying to apply for ITIN number and the service was good until the rep realize that she was using a co worker login and from that moment we had a very long wait plus she made very silly mistakes on the form for the ITIN. After confronting her weeks later she was very nasty and told me to complaint to H&B not her. Her name is Julia Isabel, 0 customer service. We are still dealing with IRS to fix all of her mistakes, we did this March 5th...after two months we are still sending letter to the IRS and pretty much doing everything on our own. Their 1-800 IS TERRIBLE too! They provided me a wrong manager name, MR LUIS DELPINO, and if it's not wrong, then he doesn't reply to complaints. DON'T GO THERE, YOU WILL WASTE $300 OR MORE FOR A TERRIBLE SERVICE. Find a real accountant and he may charge more but probably save much time and multiple headaches.
