  I have been using H&R Block for last 6 years but this year experience was horrible.Person who worked on my tax filling has done a big mistake as a result, my refund balance reduced by half.After contacting IRS, I have spoken with that professional and he simply said sorry and asked me to deal with IRS directly. I will not comeback to H&R block again...

  I came in as last year into H&R Block to comepare the return amount comparison with other tax services. I was expecting the same, the free quote as H&R Block advertises. Everything went ok until the person who I had a appointment with tried to hold of my W2 and ended up saying “I wouldn’t have waisted my time if I knew you were coming in just to get a quote and not filing with me” when all he did was sitting down with me for 20 minuets and punch down the number as the software advised. I’m not downgrading anyone’s time and effort by any means but isn’t this something H&R Block prompted their brand?? Is this how you really treat customers or allow CPAs to treat customers??? (I hope he is a legit CPA) I felt very disrespected and left me a bad taste in my mouth. I won’t ever return.

  Horrible experience.. very expensive.. while the lady greeting you at the door was sweet, the reps are not. They don't know what they are doing and they don't care! I found out through another tax preparer after I paid them almost $300, that they did not maximize my refund; and although it was their fault, they wanted to charge me an additional $100 for any amendments.. take your money elsewhere!! Never again! I'd give you no stars if I could.

  I have been using this Agency for Over 10 years. I work overseas and The Agent ( Joan Vandyke) has been outstanding. I could not ask for better service.

  Horrible service. Never again. The employee attending us was very unfriendly. Didn't seem all there and super expensive. I don't believe the taxes were done right. Ex. For 1200.00 tax return you will pay approx 170. That's just ridiculous because he has taxes deductions AND he makes twice what I make. DONT GO HERE.
