  ROSEDALE COMMONS H&R BLOCK OFFICE/TAX PREPARER/REGIONAL MGMT. My review is for the Rosedale Commons H & R Block office. I've been a loyal customer/client of H and R Block for decades and that says it ---- they've never let me down and always have been there for me not only for my tax prep but also during the year if i have any question, H and R Block team member/mgr. is there to answer my question and so overall a customer has the Peace of Mind that if needed they're there to assist! Thank you! At Rosedale Commons my tax preparer is very thorough, knowledgeable about any updated changes in tax laws annually, his accuracy in tax preparation is excellent, taking the time to provide great customer service, never in a rush. What helps greatly is that he is nice to deal with and very respectful gentleman. I appreciate and respect that! No wonder they have repeat business when it comes to me, my family, and some people that I know. As I speak highly of H&R Block all year round to everyone out there that I know, in our community. The higher mgmt. Paul and Scott are there 100% for customers if needed, they respond within minutes to email, they're there, they work very hard and they make H&R Block shine brighter year after year! Thank you very much for making life easier for us--- customers! Paul and Scott are the pillars of our MN H&R Block, wonderful to deal with and they value loyal customers very much! I wish H&R Block the very Best as the tax season has just started. The higher mgmt. ---Scott, Paul and Brad take Pride in the work that they do with Profound Commitment to Excellence and it shows. I respect such professionals!!! Thanks.
