  I believe that there are some people at this office who got their license only a few months ago, so obviously they wouldn't know a lot. I think they are expert at basic tax filing, but when come across some rare questions they know nothing. In my example, I have learnt through IRS that I qualify for a coverage exemption, so I don't have to pay penalty for mandated insurance. But the person argued that I don't qualify for it and he denied service. This location is best for regular filing and they could also answer the most common questions. For any uncommon questions you may have please find another professional.

  I've been doing my taxes since 2012 and the service has been excellent except for this year. I took my time to call to schedule an appointment with the tax specialist who helped me last year. I had to accommodate my days so I can get this tax Specialist;but on the day of the appointment I called to let them know that I was running 10 minutes late. on my arrival and to my surprise, my specialist specialist wasn't available anymore because he arranged another appointment in the 10 minutes late and his clients arrived an hour later. and I was transferred to another specialist. Next time I'm not gonna waste my time calling to get the specialist of my choice .
