  Marcia was GREAT! She was so professional and although taxes can be stressful, she made sure that I was taken care of quickly and effectively. Also, the lady at the front desk was so helpful and responsive with my questions. I'll be back next year!

  Absolutely terrible. Took them weeks to do my not very complicated taxes, and then kept me waiting all the way through my apointment before I could even see someone. Just chilled and watched the receptionist watch tv on her computer for over an hour. STAY AWAY.

  Dont waste your time going here. I dont know what kind of sytem these people are using but it cant be the right one. I sat down with one lady and got a very high quote. I told them to hold the quote for me because I wanted to check somewhere else before I filed. I came back the next day to file with them and the quote had dropped dramatically and they couldnt tell me why. Needless to say, I will never do buisness with H&R again. I suggest you use Turbo Tax because I got more back then what H&R said I would.
