  I am really unpleased with their service. Not only have i been hearing (and personally witnessing) complaints of people being overcharged, and lack of professionalism in this office but now i have had it happen to me. The workers here are constantly changing offices on different days and have different schedules. So every time you come in, you aren't sure whose working there that day. I was standing outside their office at 9:30, and it was still closed when they were supposed to be open at 9am - as listed on their window and on google. As a result, i rescheduled my entire day because of that. Last year was the first time i came to them, and when i tell people how much i paid to get my taxes done, their jaw dropped. i let it go because it was my first time doing taxes, maybe they had a first time fee, or maybe i lacked coupons - i don't know. This year, their fee was a lot higher than last year and its a lot more than what id be getting back. And the best coupon they had was get $25 off. That $25 was not gonna help me. I dont make enough money as it is, i definitely cannot afford them - its not worth it for me. i refuse to continue going to them. i think ANYBODY at this point could do a better job. Definitely going to be going to someone else, because i honestly dont have time to deal with this.
