  They rob you with the price they charge go somewhere else and save yourself 200 bucks . They charged 400 dollars .

  Simply put, the most knowledgeable tax preparer that I know is Robert J. Thorpe (H&R Block Main St. Lodi NJ). I made my appointment, I showed up and immediately I was greeted by Robert who is a Master Tax Advisor (and it shows). My wife and I told him our situation and with a lot of info (graphics and tax information) he explained where every single dollar goes to and he gave us a lot of tips for the next season. This guy knows his stuff, it was simply amazing.

  Terrible place! worst customer service experience i have had in the US! I am a non-resident alien, and i kept telling that to the lady who was assigned to my case. She filled up a resident form and said, "let's see if the printer prints's out a non resident form." No questions about relocation, medical expenses were asked. H&R representative who was filing my return had no clue if Delaware has any state tax percentage; utter lack of skill. This went on for an hour, and i asked her if there was someone else who could help me here as politely as i could. She got all upset, and called her manager. W/o even starting a conversation with a dissatisfied customer, the first thing the manager said was "If you do not like the service here, then get out of my office!" Way to go, Mr. Manager! I wonder if everyone else get's treated the same way, or if i unknowingly did something to prompt that reaction. One thing for sure though, never recommending this location to anyone ever!! One star because a review cannot be posted otherwise.
