  Wow! Surprisingly rude! If you want to be belittled and treated poorly this is the place for you. Never coming hack here, in fact I'm never using any h r block location again because of my experience here.

  I highly recommend seeing Juminah Stribling. She was patient and wonderful. I didn't have every form that I needed but she helped me get myself organized as well as dealt with my multi-state return. She also compared return types to receive the best refund. An absolute pleasure to work with. Thank you!

  I will admit that at this point in my life, I do not have the time or care to attempt to do my own taxes. I just don't get it and I end up procrastinating. The tax person here validated my confusion because she said I did actually have a complicated tax situation that probably wouldn't get figured out in the best way with just turbo tax... Which was actually comforting that I wasn't a complete idiot for getting confused about my tax papers. Anyways, they were able to see me just a few days before taxes were due and made the process quick and easy. I was able to make the appointment online and read instructions on their website about which documents to bring with me. Lynn was my tax advisor and she was very quick and did her best to try to teach my about tax jargon and forms... Will still probably to back next year...
