  I had try HR Block many years ago and it is still the same rusty company. This particular branch lacks professionalism and experience. Customer service is pleasant but unprepared for business. The Master Tax Preparer is unprofessional, unreliable and treated my return like it was his first. Three days, with all the papperwork and me sitting there for an hour. I questioned his knowledge of business tax preparation because he was unfocused and confused about my taxes. He assured me that he had done this before but during my time with him I was not sure. It was a stressful and horrible experience I will never use their tax service again.

  Nellie was super helpful and easy to work with. I'll certainly be using their service again.
