::As sad as everyone makes this hospital sound, we were there for four days and no problems. Most of the nurses and staff were excellent and on key. And all pretty much polite. Could they do things a little different yes but in all due time, they will work out the quirks, but it’s not horrible.

::On 12/29 I bought my 13 month old son into the ER. He was having issues with one of his eyes. After (being told that we were) forgotten about for almost an hour and a half we got his vitals taken and over to fast track. From there we were called back to talk to the Dr who didn't even examine him physically, literally just looked at him. We were told he had a lazy eye. When I asked if there was anything we could do to confirm that (because I really didn't think that's was it was) I was told to go wait. Then we were called over to registration and less than 10 minutes later discharged. Practically shoved out of the door. I get there were slammed packed. But that's absolutely no excuse. I took my son to Texas Children's and after being admitted and having several tests done.... Guess what? He doesn't in fact have a lazy eye. Going untreated he could of lost vision!!

::Wish I could give zero ...DO NOT TRUST THEM with delivering your baby or tending to your needs cause they DONT CARE! will let you go way over due date all while having blood pressure issues and etc...you are going to be told constantly they are way under staffed and not enough beds no matter medical issues you may be having. To watch my loved one be treated the way they have been for the past few weeks has been sad and scary and so frustrating..especially when this should be a happy and exciting time it's turned into a nightmare.

::Needed to bring my wife in for a procedure. I couldn't have been more pleased with the way we were treated. Everyone was so nice and also very professional. Hospital was very clean and many personal keeping it that way. Very happy with the way everything turned out.

::ER admit for 87yo mom. Great staff and very attentive! Mom is not a good patient! But staff was great. Drs diagnosed issue and home 3 days later! Answered my calls and addressed my concerns for coming home. Great food according to mom also! Thanks to all the stuff especially the nurses that assisted with reviewing meds and her upcoming needs!
