  I've gone to Tesia for great hair color. Last week she gave me a perm that fried my healthy hair. She did not educate me beforehand on a perm, she left the product on too long on colored treated/highlighted hair, and I felt ripped off with the price I paid for the condition she left my hair. The curl did not stay in my hair. I addressed my concerns and was told to come in. She trimmed my hair unevenly, styled my hair and that was it. An hour or so later, the curls were done and my hair was breaking off. I addressed my unhappiness with my hair (and the fact I paid $275 for a perm with short hair). There was no compensation, no customer service, just her stating she didn't communicate properly about a perm and more excuses. She blamed it on not styling it properly when that wasn't the case. I found another stylist who took care of me. I had to cut most of my hair off from the damage and color correct my hair. I got better taken care of with someone I had just met over someone I've gone to and tipped well with. I will never go back. The people I referred to her also are not going back. Be careful!

  I LOVE House of Hair! I was unhappy with my stylist AND having trouble getting on their schedule, and Tesia was super accommodating. My cut and color are flawless - her bayalage skills are so great and she’s extremely knowledgeable. I’ve referred two other girls to her and she’s done a great job for them too. The salon is really cool and comfy and in a great location. Highly recommend!

  Very mature to call other women hoes Chasity..seriously. Have you ever even been to this salon?! Grow up...if you have a bad experience, address it to the manager instead of posting a hateful childish comment. Where do YOU work? so I can post something demeaning about you. GOD bless you.

  The day I met Tesia was the day I kissed every other salon goodbye. I went in the first day wanting unicorn hair and she brought my vision to life and better. I never thought I could love my hair so much. She uses totally vegan products that condition rather than dry out your hair. Since then, she has done sand art inspired hair color on me, bright purple, and now platinum. If you need a hair fairy godmother, go see Tesia!
