  Great coffee. Very knowledgeable staff. I spoke to Sean, had a million questions about the coffee and the business, and he was more than helpful. While I was sitting at the bar, they had several large rushes and they handled them all gracefully. Great team! I'll definitely be back.

  Indy feeling coffee shop that's a nice change from the corporate stores strung out everywhere. Great location in the bottom of an office building with an outdoor patio are, and windows looking outside to the trees and street corner. I was there on a Friday afternoon and it was busy, and the line was SUPER SLOW, despite 4 people working the girl on the register seemed like she didn't know what she was doing and she seemed to have difficulty with the flimsy square 3.5mm credit card scanner. Very annoying as well considering the only thing I bought was a kombucha from the fridge and was paying cash took me almost 10 minutes to checkout despite grabbing the beverage out of the fridge when I first arrived.

  Great coffee and specials. Accommodating for special dietary restrictions or non-caffeine drinkers. I like grabbing a cold brew coffee or a flat white, but I'd comfortably recommend tea or pastries as well.

  Even the brewed coffee is luscious and juicy and they make it quite often so it's always fresh. Espresso and espresso drinks are excellent, the pour over and cold brew as well. They usually offer two choices of coffee for espresso or pour over Excellent service, very friendly. They have breakfast tacos and some pastries, but I didn't eat any of them so I can't comment on the quality.

  An Austin original, Houndstooth is a coffee aficionados paradise, dolling out a variety of fine espresso, pour over, house brew, expertly frothed lattes and cappuccinos, and a tasty variety of pastries. A great place to sit and study or work, and an even better date spot. The large open windows, organic wood interior, custom mugs, and occasional mustache-clad barista complete a refined cafe aesthetic fit for business executives and bearded hippies alike. Clean, modern, effective, and calming—that’s the winsome ambience Houndstooth is known for. This little shop always treats me right! I give it 4/5 only because my favorite coffee shops are generally more relaxed, with a raw, organic aesthetic, less focused on sheen and clean traits, prioritizing a homey vibe that feels less stiff and more comfortable. Great place, regardless.
