  Hotel Zelos was well equipped for business traveling. The rooms didn't feature coffee pots, which was disappointing, but it was made fresh in the lobby every morning. The on-site gym was small but extremely functional and there was a bar on the fifth floor for a quick drink. The service was incredible!

  Great value, stayed for work and definitely will come back. Restaurant was great. I loved the apps. Huge portions. Nice rooms , pretty clean

  The room is very nice, but there were just a few things that made it so I couldn't give full stars. The valet queue backed up to the point where it interfered with traffic (come to find out they only had two people working). The room keys didn't work and the AC barely cooled the room. One of my pet peeves, and it is not limited to this hotel, is the use of the barn style sliding doors for the bathroom. However, the room was comfortable and we'll appointed, the shower is awesome, and the staff is very friendly. I would give this hotel another go.

  This place is great! The location is fantastic, you can walk to almost anything u might need while on a trip to SF. There are multiple restaurants, bars, grocery stores, and convenience store locations within walking distance. And the coast/Bay Area is within walking distance also. There are several bus/ferries/trains that can take you almost everywhere you would want to go in the city including to/from the airport. And u can walk across the street to the Marriott and get into a couple excellent bars to grab a warm-up drink at either street level, or with fantastic views looking over the entire city and bay at the top of the tower.

  Very nice hotel especially for that price in San Francisco. However I would caution you about the cost of overnight parking $50. However it is very centrally located on market near at least to Bart stations. The staff in the lobby were very nice and helpful. It's right in the heart of all the fun shopping. I would definitely stay here again.
