  Amazing customer service, great rooms. Bathroom is a little small but other wise great hotel.

  Hidden gem. Very good walkability to restaurants and museums. Has a nice parlor with pool table. Had a very nice selection of free teas and coffee in parlor too. Staff was very professional and gave good recommendations for the area.

  Good location. Old hotel. Some items like sink and mirrors are worn out. Tvs are 9 years old no hdmi. If you dont mind this, then youll like the location and service

  Hotel was elegantly designed and nicely appointed. Amenities were all good, and check in was a breeze. Only issue I really had was that the room was a little warm for this time of year. They sorted it out for the night after, however. All in all, a pleasant experience.

  The best hotel for the best rate on the Upper East side. The roof top has amazing views as the building is situated at the top of the Carnegie Hill District. The roof top also has patio tables to hang out and enjoy a cocktail. Next door to all the local shops, restaurants, and bars. An amazing liquor is just around the corner with an incredible selection of wine. Enjoy!!
