Very strategically located for exploring downtown Seattle attractions and incredibly near the Washington Convention center. The service in the lobby was perfect, we had someone eager to check in our luggage a few hours before the room was officially ready for us and there was a doorman there 90% of the time I had to exit or enter the hotel. The bathroom is comfortably minimalist in design and well ventilated if you cracked open the window. The closet next to the bed had an automatic light inside, which was cool, but only fit two coats and a pair of bottoms if one desired. The room itself however was really small and will not accommodate a person of size comfortably. I kept hitting my head on the wall-mounted television until I moved the trash can and sitting stool elsewhere. (Also note they do charge a 100~150$ damage deposit that I was not aware of after you check out, but it's been taken off my final bill when I called the hotel a week later upon seeing the updated invoice.)

My fiance booked a hotel room for us this weekend, and let me tell you right now that the room was not worth what he paid for. We got the deluxe queen room which was EXTREMELY tiny - it's their cheapest and smallest so I can't speak for the other rooms - but it was seriously not worth what they charged us. The bathroom was also really small it was hard to maneuver in it. Overall, we felt super disappointed. I kept trying to be optimistic and find things that were great about it like the fact that it's so close to the Pike's Place Market and that the bed was really soft, but I honestly wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Also, they don't have any ice machines so you'd have to request it at the front desk, and that's what we did, however we never got the ice delivered to our rooms. Also, all the receptionists were super rude/standoffish and had poor customer service skills, which is kind of sad for a nice hotel like this. Like for a crappy hotel room that they're charging over $200/night for, you'd think the company would at least hire workers that would be nice, friendly, lively, or anything related to having customer service skills. I work at the front desk of my housing community and we treat are residents a whole lot nicer than those people did to us. It might've been because my fiance and I were younger, or they could've been just complete jerks in general, I can't be too sure. I would've understood if it was one person acting up since maybe they're having an off day, but to have every single one of the men at the front desk act all rude was unacceptable. I wouldn't stay here again, and I'd recommend a going to a Hyatt or something across the street. They're probably nicer and have bigger rooms that are worth what they charge.

Awesome location with decent price. Walking distance to the market. Great facility. Filtered drinkable water from the pipe is convenient. Large space able to fully open two large suitcase or even more ( Room with two beds. ). Beds are soft and comfort, but kind of small for two people in the same bed. The entrance isn't markable, probably because of the construction during the Christmas.

This place is pretty ritzy! Super clean and modern but has some old fashioned quirks which made it feel cozy but almost regal :) The bed was very comfortable and smelled really clean. Convenient and fast check in and check out. We parked our car in the parking garage adjacent to their valet garage for $30 a day. A great location if you're attending a convention or event at the convention center 1 block away and walking distance to plenty of food and shopping.

So I worked for a pretty big shuttle company that operated in downtown Seattle for two years and I really enjoyed meeting new people. Sometimes as a driver it can be hard to find a restoom in a timely manner so you often end up using the hotel restrooms where you are picking up and dropping off most all of your customers. So as you can imagine, I’ve been able to see some of the most amazing hotels in downtown Seattle. I’ve never had an issue coming up to the front desk and asking to use the restroom at any hotel ever. Most of them are very gracious to the drivers as they see ya waiting all the time. Especially since most of the time the hotels have contacts with the shuttle company’s to bring in business. This was the case with my company and this place at the time. When I went to the front desk, I had my uniform on with a badge and ID clearly marked and asked to use the facilities and the guy at the counter said that they didn’t have a public restroom to which I replied while pointing at my badge, I’m a shuttle driver. He just repeated what he initially said. I didn’t argue. Not sure what his issue was but I just assumed that it was because of my skin color. I walked across the street to The Grand Hyatt and was greeted with a smile. They handed me a key card and pointed me in the directed of the bathroom with no questions or weird looks. Now for the good part: I had previously written this review almost a full year ago when the manager of the Theodore called my company to try and get me fired and I was basically bullied into taking it down. That guy lied and said the explanation given to me was construction which was a complete lie. the company no longer operates in Washington so.... here I am with my 1 star review!
