No plugs in room. Air conditioner sucked. But beds were comfy and the seperate vanity area is nice.

The hotel is historic but old. The lobby is up kept but the rooms are not. It is clean but definitely not the nicest. Also I went to remove the tub stopper and the whole bottom of the tub came off as if it had never been adhered. I won't be back.

I’ve been on the road for 8 months and this has been by far the worst hotel yet. Keep a close eye on your credit card charges at this hotel as they are not to be trusted. If you like hot water AC and customer service avoids this hotel. To make matters worse the General manager (Suzanne) is rude and unapologetic for her incompetence and dishonesty. The only upside is that all the non-management staff does the best they can despite the terrible conditions and management.

The front desk people were nice, but that's about it. We couldn't turn the heat off in our room and it felt like 90 degrees the whole time. We paid for a late check out which the front desk guy said was 3pm, but they sent the cleaning people to our room 4 different times asking us if we had left yet! We had to keep waking up and telling them we payed for late check out so we could sleep in. Sleeping in didn't happen. The last lady to knock on our door asked why we didn't have a do not disturb sign on the door knob. Trust me, I looked for one but there wasn't one in our room. So yeah, pretty dumb, I don't think I'll be coming back.
