  This place has a great atmosphere and it's a great place to hangout but if your looking for a place to rest your head keep it moving. I stayed there in early January and unless things have changed their beds are one of the worst in Nashville. When I first laid down on the bed I could feel each and every spring. Come here to party but don't stay the night.

  If your hotel experience is important to your trip, don't stay here. They are under staffed so you will wait forever for everything. Our first morning was a week day, and we sat in the breakfast room for 30 minutes and no one helped us. The next night, we overheard in the bar that the person in the restaurant does both the restaurant and room service. The remodeled rooms look nothing like the website- they should try that again. While they are non-smoking rooms, ours smelled of stale cigarettes and mildew. They have those door hangers that you put on your door for privacy or housekeeping but after hanging it out for housekeeping and leaving for the entire day, we returned for the night to no housekeeping service. When I called the desk for more towels, they said we had to call each morning to ask to be put on the housekeeping list. What's the point of the door hanger for housekeeping then?? We won't be back.

  The wife and myself stayed here for a night to go see Blink 182, this hotel is the best ever. They put a beta fish and a lava lamp in your room. The hotel has this whole Vamp Vibe too me. LOVED IT HERE

  The hotel Preston has recently been beautifully renovated. The updated accommodations are more than sufficient, but the visual remodeling is not the best asset the hotel has to offer. The “gem” of this hotel is a gentleman named John. He is the true definition kindness and a man of sincere service. I arrived at the hotel after surgery from a local hospital, and John did everything imaginable to ease my pain. The hotel Preston is lucky to have such an asset on staff as he is truly a compassionate spirit among all human beings. I consider it an honor to have met John, and would highly recommend this hotel. It is a lovely updated facility. And the staff will not disappoint! Just ask for John!

  Pretty swanky joint, really super friendly folks too. Exceeds expectations and really delivers a cool place to stay. Building is a bit older, but don't let it fill you. They even will bring a lava lamp to your room if it makes your stay better. Only 4-5 minutes from the airport, and they have great rates too.
