  Great hotel. Loved the location. Valet parking attendant was so nice. The restaurant had amazing food and great service. I would have given 5 stars but when we were checking out the guy helping us was rude to me in front of other people waiting.

  The staff was very nice and the rooms were recently renovated. This hotel fell short with the AC. I was moved from a room where it wasn't working to one where it was barely working. The new room also had an issue with the drainage in the tub. Each time I took a shower I had to deal with standing water past my ankles. Maintenance said they fixed it but it wasn't fixed. I was so tired I didn't bother asking them to come back. If they could get these two things fixed, it would be 5 star rating. The bed was very comfortable.

  Valet parking, superb restaurant on the ground floor, huge adult-sized game room, free 24-hour passes to a nice gym, very friendly and efficient staff, and free bikes to cruise around downtown! The rooms are comfortable and modern with great views. I could not have chosen better!

  There didn't seem to be any Valet while we pulled up. Turned out he was just hanging out in the lobby. The third floor carpets smelled like they were brand new which is nice if you don't mind the adhesive smell. The bathroom drain was a little scary once the water rose was above my ankles. The grounds were nice, the exterior wall garden was super nice. The attached restaurant was also real nice.

  I love this hotel. It is the only place i will stay at when I’m in town. The staff is extremely friendly and professional. They go out of their way to make you feel welcome. The game room is so fun. The rooms are very comfortable. The restaurant has a great happy hour. Staff there are super friendly too. Highly recommend this hotel!!
