  I really liked this hotel, rooms were very clean and updated. Showers had awesome pressure, comfy beds and pillows, nice lobby area, dogs allowed. I just wish there was a microwave and mini fridge in the rooms, other than that I had a great stay. The front desk gave me a coupon for complimentary breakfast, which was nice, but I would have been disappointed if I had paid for that meal.

  The good: Staff is amazing. Everyone was incredibly friendly, upbeat, and helpful. Location is perfect, on the river and short walk to all the good old town shops and restaurants. Bed is fairly comfortable. The bad: The A/C has an auto shutoff that caused the room to get hot every night. The shower temp valve is weird in that off is between hot and cold... So you can have a freezing cold or blazing hot shower. No microwave anywhere in the building. If you are the type that has extended hotel stays and tries to eat a bit healthier than restaurants for every meal, then you're going to be stuck eating cold food. Overall 3 star for me, but the staff was so friendly I bumped it up to 4.

  Dog friendly hotels are usually a hit or miss, and this one is a hit! Great overall experience during our stay. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the room we stayed in have a nice layout and was very clean. Common areas are beautifully designed as well. Nice location too. Walking distance to a lot of shops, restaurants, and parks. There IS parking available, but it’s pretty tight. Think DC parking garages but smaller capacity. However, there is valet available.

  We were in for a long weekend, and we had a very spacious room, with wonderful service. We were especially fond of front desk Alexis! She was very sweet, kind & knowledgeable or the hotels surroundings. The other person I want to give a shout out to is Eris, (spelled correctly:)) the hotels house keeping manager. We left some articles behind and after the amazing housekeeping staff located them, Eris was instrumental in the return! We are grateful for these folks, and their commitment to make the guest experience the best possible! Thank you!!!

  This is a very nice hotel in a fabulous location. Our room was one of the nicest, and had a great view of the water. The style was hip but a bit colorless. The property has a nice gym, restaurant with bar and outdoor sundeck, although it was partially blocked off and plantings needed some attention. Front desk staff were all lovely and helpful. Great all in all. Could use a few tweaks.
