::The front desk and valet were excellent. But I would not stay here again, because the bar/restaurant staff essentially ignored customers in a heads down ...... I am too busy to get to you, but I do have time to walk past you 4-5 times without acknowledging you are there attitude. Ultimately I had to leave and go to the Hotel Phillips for dinner because no one at the bar cared to serve me. Much better service at the Hotel Phillips around the block.

::Great location! Room was beautiful, bed very comfortable. Staff were all super friendly! Area for improvement would be more towel hooks/bars in bathroom for both bath towels by the shower and hand towels at the sink.

::Friendly and knowledgeable staff made check in a breeze. Room is really nice. I especially appreciated the selection of books ( real books! ) on the bookshelf in my room. Room service is quick and friendly. The shower door is kind of weird, only covering half of the shower. Not a big deal , just sort of weird. Overall an outstanding experience.

::The hotel was nice enough. Not much for amenities. The decor was a little gimmicky. Staff was friendly. Our room wasn't ready, even though we were checking in pretty late in the day. When I called for reservations they charged me for my stay, rather than a deposit. Valet service wasn't good; it was understaffed by slow employees who must have a long walk back from the garage. The valet is $25/day. Parking yourself is $16. They don't validate parking either As for our room, our only complaint is the bathroom. First, the door is mounted to a glide outside of the doorway. There is no lock and gaps large enough to see in and out of. There is no fan in the bathroom either, so any unpleasant smells not only stay in the bathroom but make their way out into the hotel room itself. The shower doesn't have a door. It's a glass wall extending for about two thirds the shower length, making for a chilly drafty shower, where anyone trying to get a peek at you could. The area the hotel is in is very pleasant. We were shocked at the cleanliness, peacefulness and cheerfulness. We'll definitely stay in the Power and Light District again, but at a different hotel.
