  It was a good date night spot for the wife and I. the bar was decently stocked, and the hotel was close to quite a few good restaurants. Pretty spacious room, decently laid out although not much of a view from our room. Water pressure in the shower was a little lacking but will work the money. Great deal overall

  If anyone is looking for great deals on hotels go to HotelRaven. com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around... We stayed here for our Anniversary weekend and loved it. Went downstairs for cocktails and Matt the bartender made some wonderful Martinis. We ordered some food, not really expecting much from a late night hotel nosh. We were very pleasantly surprised. Even the chips and salsa was very fresh and had wonderful flavor. We were upgraded to s suite and loved the room. Separate living area with desk, fridge and coffee maker, in addition to a large sectional couch and TV. The bed and bath were lovely with plenty of space, hangars and clothing space too. The step in shower was huge with multiple shower heads.

  Very pleasing decor with the look and feel of a 4-5 star hotel. However, operated more like a 2-3 star hotel. Noticed an unacceptable plumbing problem shortly after settling in. Fortunately, we were offered a new comparable room. Unfortunately there was no offer to help with all of our bags and with 3 females we had plenty of bags! Also, one of the beds in the new room appeared to have subtle stains on the duvet. We had come to Dallas for a party. We were delayed in getting ready due to the plumbing problem and then more so having to move all of our bags on our own which made us late to the party. We kindly made mention of our frustration to the front desk and were told management would address our concerns in the morning but they never did. For the price, we hoped for a bit better service. However, it was charming and in a great location. We would stay there again as everyone deserves a second chance.

These taken with a prime location for exploring Dallas made this hotel a true, historic gem.

  Beim nächsten Besuch in Dallas werde ich das Hotel wieder buchen. Auch meinen Bekannten empfehlen!
