  My husband and I needed a place to stay after having our power out for more than 24 hours after the ice storm. This was one of the few hotels available within the downtown area and it did not disappoint. We made a same day booking and were greeted warmly by the receptionist. Valet was super easy and very safe, no one has access to the garage except the valet staff. Room was nice and clean, bed was comfortable, bathroom and shower were well stocked. Room had a nice view of downtown. There were two water bottles provided free of charge and a Keurig with plenty of tea/coffee pods. The only downside was that the TV in the room was not a Smart TV. Overall, it was a great experience and I would stay here again!

  I travel a lot from work, but this is the first time I get so impressed from the customer experience staring from the valet parking; Mario letting me know what was around the area to have fun, Ivan saw me and knew I needed my car even before I sent the text. From the reception Oscar and Alejandra such amazing people making me feel I was home with them carisma making my morning happy and trust me I’m not a morning person. From the kitchen Carl making delicious food and Tony at the bar filling my drink like reading my mind. Room clean every day with a beautiful view to the city. I definitely will tell the company to book me here when I go to Austin I wish I can give an extra star because my stand was outstanding. Thank you so much guys, USA definitely need more workers like you now days ❤️

  Not the friendliest check-in but very friendly afterwards. Valet is $40. Nearby parking lot is $20 a night. The room was clean and modern. The air conditioning and shower were great, a big deal for us. We had a view of downtown and the pool. The location was very convenient. We did not eat at the restaurant/bar but the offerings were appealing.

  My husband and I stayed in Indigo Hotel Austin. We loved the location, it was very close to the 6th street with all the bars and walking distance from all the main sightseeing spots. We got a suite and it was very spacious and clean. I personally loved the breakfast hours- they serve it till 12pm, that’s very convenient if you don’t wanna wake up early. We loved Oscar and Karl at the reception, they were super kind and helpful for whatever we needed. If you visit Austin, this is definitely the place to stay!

  Stay was great, they watched my car out front when check in took longer than normal. Not an avoidable issue as it was related to my company not sending the right forms. They also allowed for my car to stay parked in the garage well after check out while I attended a conference at the Omni around the corner for the day. My room was across from the elevator, but I never heard the traffic or elevator. Be aware this hotel is split with the Holiday Inn Express with alternating floors. The Indigo requires valet, the HIE does not. If you stay go ask the bartender for a Ginger Tom Collins, they are so good!!!
