::The staff is wonderful but the room we had was awful. First of all the bathroom door was one of those new style doors that hangs on a roller with opaque glass. It hung about an inch from the wall and let’s just say, we’re family but we aren’t THAT close. The room was one big bathroom. The phone didn’t work so I had to use my cell phone to call downstairs to get tell them the shower also didn’t work. I was told someone from engineering would be up to fix the shower. I really didn’t want to stand in my pajamas while a stranger did repairs on something that should work in the first place. I wanted to shower while it was still dark so I didn’t scar my kids for life not the horrifying strip tease in front of peekaboo glass. We are a simple people. We need a working bed, shower, phone and privacy. Fail on all four. Firm pass on ever returning.

::Beautiful hotel , helpful friendly staff, gorgeous rooms the beds are divine. The resturaunts connected to the hotel are fabulous. The staff are so well trained and my husband will stay again in a heart beat. Not to mention walking distance to EVERYTHING. What a stay!

::My wife and I stayed here for two nights and loved the accommodations. The Veranda bar and restaurant had a chicken dinner that was so great and the cocktails were just as good. We'd definitely stay here again next time we're in town.

::This is such a nice place! I stayed here years ago before the remodel. It's more stylish now. Employees are super cool and friendly. Great place for drinks.

::What a great space. We have been coming here for years and didn't know what to expect after their massive renovation. We loved the space before but they transformed it into what it has always wanted to be. In a short amount of time it will be the spot in DTLA.
