  Great, personalized service! Recommend hotel and restaurant. Corner King rooms have huge bathrooms. They also offer great amenities include midnight snack boxes and free WiFi.

  Good hotel. Very close to the SAP Center "Shark Tank". It was easy to walk to the hockey game, maybe 5 minutes. One thing you will notice are all the planes flying overhead. Even at night we could hear them. I slept through it but worth mentioning.

  I love the modern feel of this hotel! The rooms just feel different than the typical chain hotel. The interior design is really well done and really makes you feel like your stepping out of your life and into a world of luxury. All of the staff here is very kind as well and always willing to go the extra mile to make you visit a great one!

  I would have given this hotel more than 1 star (despite the air conditioner in the room that sounded like a freight train when it was on) if it hadn’t been for the last night of my 3 night stay. We came in for a hockey game and our first two days / nights were just fine. However, our last night there was a motivational speaker in town and our room rate jumped up about $200. Wednesday night we were woken up (around 1AM) to what sounded like a sorority party on our floor. We called down around 2AM (had to use our cell phones because our room phone had a busy dial and wouldn’t call down to the desk) and the front desk said they’d come up. The noise subsided around 2:30AM but I have a feeling it was because the guests passed out and not because management came up. In the morning our shower towel had multiple holes the size of a pointer finger. When we approached the desk to check out and to voice our concerns the woman at the front desk PICKS UP THE PHONE after we had said we had a troubling night. She told us there was nothing she could do about the room rate or the situation in general but we could call her manager. WE HAVE TO CALL THE MANAGER?! That is just ridiculous. The woman at the front desk said she’d pass along our number and our concerns because we said we would not be the one to reach out. It’s now Friday and we haven’t heard a thing. Like I said, Monday and Tuesday our stay was just fine, average hotel...good place to rest our heads but Wednesday was miserable and not to have someone call us when they said they would is just bad business.

  I went to the bar for the jazz night that occurs the first and third Wednesday of every month, and we had a great time! The drinks at the bar are priced well, and the quality of the jazz was top-notch. The ambiance was calm, with a slightly older crowd that you could tell was there to appreciate the music. Even though there was only one bartender, I was able to get my order in with not too much waiting. I would definitely return to the bar, especially on a jazz night!
