    These pics were taken at the end of My stay here, so they may not be the best. I however did enjoy my stay. The hotel was in a not so busy part of downtown Baltimore, but it was close enough walking distance to places I had in mind to visit while there. The hotel was very quiet, didn't get disturbed one and it didn't matter the time of day. The hotel is contactless, so there's no front desk, but I had no need for one either. There are a couple of members of a cleaning staff daily but they are there to tend to the rooms after guest leave. I'm not sure if you requested a room refresh if they'd provide that service though. Parking was limited, but by the hotel not being as busy as one of the more bigger chains I never had an issue getting a space right out front. The staff there were friendly and greeted Me every time they saw Me. Some cons I can point out: The rest room in my unit kept my room from being the warmest it could be, but closing the door made it a more comfortable temp. The attention to detail when cleaning should be gone over with the cleaning staff. I did go over high touch areas with my own disinfectant wipes. There were things left behind from the previous guest that should have not been there by my check in. I requested early check-in but when I got there My code to obtain access didn't work! Luckily there was someone in the main sitting area to let Me in. One of the staff members I let know about the situation did make sure that by the next time I had to come through the door my code should be good to use and it was so I'm grateful for that! All and all I would definitely stay here again. The location is great, it's reasonably priced and it's quite and those are major pluses in My book!

    My stay was subpar. The shower wasn’t cleaned nor was the sofa or the side tables. It looks like the bed was cleaned so that’s great. Early in the morning I was locked out of the hotel, because the door code didn’t work. There’s also nobody at this hotel who works here on a daily basis. It’s a hands off hotel. So if you get locked out, you are locked out, you have to call customer service (because the app doesn’t work) you can’t even let yourself in with this amazing app that they keep talking about because it doesn’t work. And when you try to talk to somebody about how you did not enjoy your stay, they say they’re going to get back to you in a day… they don’t. So then you call again and they say they gonna get back to you in three days…and then they don’t so you call again and they say somebody’s going to reach out to you within a week. No one ever does so you call again! I will never stay with the jurny again. Please don’t get me wrong I think the hotel was nice, the room was decent, however the customer service I was provided by the staff on the phone was terrible. They’re upbeat and they have a good demeanor but they never follow back up. It seems to me that they don’t care as long as they get your money.

    Worst check-in process I’ve had with a hotel. Hotel also has at least $100 in hidden check-in fees, plus a refundable $250 security deposit that wasn’t even able to be confirmed with my account (this was not stated on the site beforehand, so I had to wait and transfer money). I’d just recommend staying somewhere else that’s easier to check in and has more transparency towards its fees.

    Scam: This hotel charged my card for my full stay within hours of making a fully refundable reservation that was not supposed to be pre-paid. I cancelled the reservation less than 24 hours later, but I have yet to see a refund over 2 weeks later. When contacted, the property claimed to have "missed" the refund and says they will try to get it out within 10 days.

    Would’ve been much better if we’d had curtains in the eastern facing windows. Guess they want you up early. Everything is clean. Bed is very firm. Building looks like they have recently renovated it. Addition: there were only electrical outlets on one side of the bed. No table or lamp or anything for the other side. We were in room 501. Our friends were in 204 and they did have curtains. A/C worked great. If anyone used the spiral staircase everyone in the building could hear it. To be fair, it is a really old building. Not sure I like the “no contact” and all electronic check in. I’d at least have liked to have had a phone number for someone if I had a problem. Decent place but probably wo t stay there again mainly due to the price being so high and how little you get for it.
