  Stayed here last September. The front desk lobby was very accommodating to our late arrival. The hotel is beautiful and the rooms are great. Unfortunately, in the morning I was told I had a free breakfast with the room and when I came down they made it extremely embarrassing and said that they were wrong and I could not eat there instead of admitting their fault. I was short on time and it took 15 minutes for them to decide that they made a mistake. Very unpleasant experience.

  If anyone is looking for a great deal on hotels you can check it out on HotelRaven. com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around... I would recommend this hotel. The staff was accommodating and very friendly. Our flight was bumped up two hours so I called the hotel to see if they'd hold our luggage if a room wasn't ready. Upon arrival the front desk clerk was welcoming and took my number to call once a room was ready. We walked around the block...

  I HAVE STAYED IN NUMEROUS FIVE STAR HOTELS IN THE WORLD AND THIS IS BY FAR THE WORST HOTEL I HAVE EVER STAYED IN. THIS FACILITY DOES NOT DESERVE TO BE A 5 STAR HOTEL. I HAVE NEVER BEEN TREATED WITH SUCH RUDENESS AND DISRESPECT. I ADVISE ANYONE TO STAY IN THE MANDARIN ORIENTAL HOTEL INSTEAD. THE MANDARIN IS VERY AFFORDABLE, HAS AN INCREDIBLY FRIENDLY STAFF AND TREATS EACH GUEST EQUAL REGARDLESS OF THEIR ETHNICITY.
