  Nice clean area , just don't keep ur bike locked outside the building . Homel less people usually stole the bike or it's seat .

  Just wonderfu! Cheap price in NYC and free coffee for every morning. Clean,modern,kind and good location. I used to live around 100th st on Broadway. I will book this hotel next time for sure when I visit NY again.

  It is so sad to see such negative posts. When I visited staff were friendly. I can admit that they may not have the best rooms. I did have a cockroach in my room which did freak me a little. But the nice guy in reception changed my room without any quibble. Service wise they do try to help out. The location is great to with many shops and a metro really close.

  I stayed here while I was finishing up my semester at Columbia University. It was a very pleasant experience especially since I was used to living in the dorms and I did not want to sign a year lease on an apartment. The staff was amazing and I received a discount for booking my room through Student Housing Works. My girlfriend was allowed to visit me at no extra cost. The best part was the room cleaning service and free utilities. I will be staying here again for my next semester!
