  I love going there. The only bad thing I can really say is that Hot Topic itself has really sold themselves out with adding rap and pop artist to the shirts area when there are plenty of good metal, rock, etc. that should be up there. However the employees who usually work there make that place great. They are always helpful. Having more space in there would help too. But it's really not that bad.

  Store hours supposed to be 11 to 6. Got here 1130. Employee says 12pm. I need a manager!!

  The manager felt kinda high-handed and a little rude. I could be wrong but when i walked into the store and passed him, i could immediately tell he was in charge by his arrogant demeanor and obvious throat clearing cough suggesting to the employees " keep your eyes on this one." Which not only felt prejudiced but made the experience awkward. I work at a movie theater and we always have to make sure nobody brings outside food, so i understand this. nonetheless everybody else had a great attitude and charm, it made up for the bad impression i initially felt.

  My husband and I went in looking for something for our kids. We didnt exactly know what it was, but Kara and Katie did an wonderful job of finding exactly what we needed. They gave us excellent customer service and helped us get the biggest discount!

  They care about themselves more than the customer.
