  I would give 0 starts if I could. My first encounter with Hot Bagel Bazaar. I called to place an order for pick up and a guy on the phone told me that they were backed up and I had to come in in person to place my order! I always call places and place orders for pick up. No one has ever told me to come in in person because they were busy! It is not like I was ordering for delivery... I was gonna pick up! Right after I called Bagels Chief on Bath Ave and Bay Parkway (few blocks away) and placed my order over the phone for pick up. By the time I arrived to pick my order up it was waiting for me. :)

  Fantastic. Steve always been the best bagel man in town. I wish in the place I live now (the Poconos) could be bagel place as good as Steve’s

  Horrible service. Rude people. Went there for the first time and i was so disappointed with how they treat their customers. To top it off, we were waiting for our bagels and we spot a mouse on the floor, so close to the food. Disgusting. We took our money and walked out. Will never go back there again.

  Great bagels, can't complain. Sandwiches are great. Don't ask for ketchup because they'll never put anyway. Workers are hit or miss. A few very nice ones and a few that are unhappy with your order. Overall will be back. Everything bagel = best bagel. I wonder if they make heros too? Everything hero would be the alpha and the omega of hero bread.

  Bagels are not bad. Extremely rude people though. Looks like they doing you a favor. Many other bagel shops around. Won't come back.
