  It has LOTS of parking, 2 theaters, a grocery store, other typical mall shops, escalators, stairs, elevators, a fountain, a stadium, a theater, a hot dog stand with friendly attendant, a food court and a gym. The trolley and a San Diego trolley tour stop are nearby. Those are the good things. But, the parking structure's layout is a bit confusing as is its pricing. The homeless population has almost taken over. People on wheels (bikes, scooters, skateboards) whiz through (accident waiting to happen) often.

  This is a beautiful outdoor mall with multiple levels, passageways, unique architecture, lots of shops as well as larger department stores including Macy's. In addition, there are multiple food options here. Very enjoyable stroll.

  To quote Donald Trump, "This place is a s#*thole". I couldn't believe what I was seeing. I was expecting the outdoor mall in San Diego would be nice but half of the store fronts were vacant and there were only a couple stores there worth going in to. This place has such potential but nothing is really there. It's also crowded with homeless people.

  Now I see why no one goes here...This place is absolutely disgusting! I walked into the restroom just to find homeless doing drugs off of the diaper changing table. It’s a huge outdoor mall and so many store fronts are vacant..huge disappointment! Don’t waste your time!!
