  Wow, maybe its just me....but my experience was great. The customer service was spot on and HT definitely fills a niche in the market that Ann Sacks and Dal tile don't capture. I purchased tile from all three of these suppliers and I find Horizon Tile to be as professional and service oriented and the big boys.

  To summarize this branch in one word.... Incompetent. worst customer service I have ever experienced. one star is too much

  Do not expect customer service here! You will get barked at and treated like you were stealing from the showroom. The product they carry is inferior from what you can find in the same vicinity and their price is three times as much. An absolute waste of time!
