::OMG! So here is what you can do here. Are you ready? Nobody is gonna believe me. One can call this bank, and an actual human will answer. WITHOUT ANY AUTOMATED OPTIONS. No yelling at a computer because you have to repeat what is said over and over. The phone simply rings, someone answers, and say "Thank You For Calling Horizon Bank, How Can I Help You?". It gets even crazier. Then, if need be, a customer can go into their local branch, and....get this....See the exact same person that was on the phone! Oh wait, there is more! They use your real name, not a number! They genuinely wanna help, and most of all they STOP the work time chatter when a customer walks up! One lady even ignored her ringing phone! I thought I was gonna have a heart attack! Now I know what it's like being a scientist and declaring a species extinct, only to find a colony years later! No matter where I live in this unsettling and moralless world, I will remain with them for as long as they let me. Keep up the good work.

::This is the worse bank I've ever done business with. I wanted to move my business accounts from a large multinational bank to a small local bank that reinvested in the local community, so I tried this bank out. Unfortunately, they lied about their online business banking functionally and capabilities during the onboarding process, even about specific questions I had asked directly to the person creating my account. After a month of not getting any straight answers, I closed my accounts and left.

::Feels like a small town bank with incredible personal service. When I started using them, I was assigned a junior banker, Kristin, who has moved up to Assistant Vice President. Despite her promotions, she continues to manage my account and treat me like I'm their only customer. Change from the megabanks. You won't regret it.

::I have moved all my personal and business accounts to Horizon. We have had a great experience with their commercial lending department. I have been a customer for almost 10 years. Overall the customer service keeps us coming back, which is far better than the big national banks.
