  Fraud! Fraud! Fraud! Called few weeks earlier and lady said we can pick up tickets anytime on site and cost $20 cheaper than regular. Once I arrive Disney, walked 20minutes from Disney and office is empty with no name. Asked the gas station nearby, staff there told me the lady moved out 6month ago and smiled secretly. And called the lady almost 10times and no answer. Call got through though. Then I found out reviews regarding it’s a fraud business. I blame myself too not checking reviews carefully and waste lots my time. Really killed the mood. Wonder how can someone make fraud money by ruin a family happiness. Garbage people!

  I bought the park hopper ticket last October. I went to Disneyland on September 9th and the Disney employee told me that it was a fake ticket from someone who copies tickets and the codes but once they are flagged in the park, do not work. I filed a police report to hopefully get my money back that was wasted on this lady and her business.

  Do not listen to anyone when they say this place is a scam or a fraudulent company! I have been using this company for my Disney hoppers for 3 years now! it is so affordable and Lupe (the lady that runs it) is so kind! one year she actually offered to drive my friend and i right up to the main gate after we bought our tickets!!! so sweet! i will continue going through this company for my future Disney adventures!!

  What a fantastic find!!! We had planned a trip to Disneyland, but last minute decided to attend Mickey's Halloween Party. Unfortunately, tickets were sold out, Craigslist had obscene prices. We were referred to Lupe, by another ticket vendor, who had contacted her, let her know we were coming and requested she save us tickets for X dollar amount. When we arrived, we were a bit concerned on whether we were at the correct location, but as soon as we were buzzed in, we found her office to be professional and festive. In addition to AMAZING prices for tickets to major theme parks in the Southern California area, and special events, Lupe also has for sale fun knick knacks and souveniers. She honored the price quoted, and provided us tickets for Mickey's Halloween Party, which turned out to be one of our favorite events of our trip. She has absolutely earned our loyalty, and we will be utilizing her in the future, as well as referring her to all of our friends and family as a trustworthy and reliable source for all theme park tickets.

  NEVER use this "company". They are in the business of selling fraudulent tickets to many different theme parks, and my husband and I were sold a pair of these tickets when we went to Disneyland. We were completely lied to and made to believe we were receiving tickets at a cheaper price because they buy them in bundles. When my husband and I arrived to the park with the $210.00 tickets we purchased from Hopper Tickets to check into the park, the tickets were scanned, taken from us, and we were asked to please step to the side. They called over security, and in front of everyone, we were being questioned for using fraudulent tickets. The tickets belonged to someone else and Disneyland knows this because when they scan the ticket, the ticket holder’s picture comes up. This is a serious crime and if it were not for the understanding of Disneyland regarding our situation, we could have ended up in a jail cell. When we called her, she apologized over and over and said she would return our money. After weeks of lies and never receiving our money back, I filed a claim against Hopper Tickets with my credit card company. She submitted false documentation and a false statement in reply to my claim. She lied about everything. It was easy to prove through my documentation that she was completely lying, and the credit company immediately returned my money. I am pretty sure a woman and her husband run this so-called company. She is the person who answers the phone and who was working out of a tiny office on a small building next to a gas station. Pay the extra money buying from Disneyland and avoid not being able to enter and most of all-trouble with the LAW. She should be put in jail for what she is doing.
