  This judge doesn't seem to care about children or people if they don't run in his circle. I hope none of his children or grandchildren endure these types of situations. He's a TOTAL ASS! He's not fair. He's one-sided. Some children don't need their parents if there are others involved who care more than they do. Why have a court hearing without the parties present? Why weren't the parties able to be heard? It's bad enough you're not there on a daily basis. Making sure the father get joint custody, why? What has he contributed other than sperm? His "joint custody" only compares to visitations on weekends. That's the ONLY INVOLVEMENT! How is that joint on his part? He has no time for the child, especially when there's a second one on the way. You won't allow child support to be paid! SO YOUR SAYING IT'S OKAY FOR ANY PARENT TO NOT HAVE TO PAY CHILD SUPPORT AS LONG AS YOU SEE YOUR CHILD? You won't listen to the mother. You obviously have some reserved feelings about her! You denied her motion, calling her immature and granted the father's without mediation. But you don't think he's immature? Sounds SEXIST to me! Shuffling young children back and forth causes some type of feelings or confusion. Because I think my daughter may need a NEW JUDGE, I'll have her exercise the peremptory challenge. I'll also look in to the survey. The more people who do the survey, the lower this judge's score becomes.

  Worst Judge ever. He must be condemning every one else because of his lack of parenting skills.

  Can't complain to much, I was given what i wanted with my uncontested divorce involving minors, However, he did make me feel like a dirtbag in the process, and as a law abiding, tax paying, veteran i do take offense to that. He definately did not care about anything that i had to say, granted i was only asked about three questions all together, He was fair to me, and my ex wife however, so all in all, He is a bit of a jerk in the courtroom, But he was fair and impartial.

  Judge Harter was given a case of a 5 year old boy that has lived with his father his entire life and the mother is fighting for custody. The last time a judge ordered the father to take the child to his mother's, the step father had given the child a severe black eye in less than 24 hours by smashing the child's face in the wall. The previous judge did not take the time to read the case files on this innocent child and Judge Harter did not care enough to take the time to read them either. Had either one of them cared enough to read them they would have found case upon case filed by CPS of the physical abuse this child has had to endure every time he is sent back to his mother by the courts. They would have read the charges his own mother made against her husband for sexually abusing this child (yes, there is physical evidence of the abuse). This little boy will once again be ripped away from his home, his school and his daddy because a judge did not have time to read the case files. He is being sent back to his mom tomorrow. No chance to say goodbye to his teachers, friends or those that he loves at church. On top of that his father is not allowed to see him for SIX MONTHS!!! How is this in the best interest of a child. I am disgusted at this judge. Simply disgusted...... I am sure this little guy is one of but many victims of this inadequate court system. That breaks my heart!!!!
