  After supporting a young Man Robert Richardson Jr in his trial for aggravated murder trial I have lost all faith in the judicial system! How does a Black man defend himself in a society that is already tainted with hate and stereotypical chatter of what. Does a Black man look like when his life is being compromised! With that being said Judge Karin Immmergut was not a Judge with integrity and total Bias she often would ordered a ruling than after repeated temper tantrum s by the DA and his Assistant she would flip flop ultimately siding almost 99.5% of the time. As far as her demeanor I often caught this Judge side eyeing the defendant and looked like what it seem to be looks of disgust which could of swayed the jurors in feeling if the judge is seemingly demonstrating guilt of this young man than he must be! Me Immmergut specifically asked the court to be mindful of our reactions and emotions while all the while the deceased family continually sobbed and cried during the trial, which is to be expected but it had a juror crying too, and had one juror sleeping this trial was too comical and atrociuosly damaging to the defendants case being there were so many mistakes by the DA especially this DA Banfield was a total buffoon and he even created a mistrial the first day and that too was swept under the rug! What a travesty! Honorable judge Karin Immmergut was not at all honorable in her position as a judge and she demonstrated a lack of constraints and stance in her court room which clearly was a one- ring circus and without ethical decorum to cover up obvious lies and detrimental mistakes. Oh and the DA Vasquez I almost feel like when you lied and added "your" verbatim account of the young man fighting for life and you so easily made a statement, which by the way ,did not happen, saying he, the defendant said the deplorable "N" word was a disgrace. To not only your courtroom but also a slap in the face of society shame on you your honor!
