  Ruth Jones is the only reason they get more than one star,she herself deserves 5 STARS. When her subordinates aren't doing their jobs she step up to the plate and handles it. They refused to take my payment with 20+ minutes left of the clock, then I called had to come back because Ruth said she would do it, because I had to miss work to get there and they wanted me to come back on monday and miss work again. She had to stay by herself in the office to do THEIR jobs . And with all that with a smile in her face. That Is supervisor material.
